How to use
MASSAGE – Pool a small amount of the oil into the palm of the hand. Warm the oil by rubbing both palms together and apply to the area of massage.
BATH TIME – Add 3 capfuls to a warm bath (taking care not to slip getting in and out), and immerse in the calming and grounding aroma
DIY TIP – After showering or bathing massage into the skin to hydrate and moisturise.
